Tour One LakesLake Catherine: Beautiful, secluded, a popular setting for bass fishing and water sports. Lake Catherine State Park has campsites, housekeeping cabins, a marina, and hiking trails. A restaurant is open during the summer tourism season. For information, call: (501) 844-4176. Lake Hamilton: One of Arkansas' busiest lakes. The shoreline is ringed with condominiums, resorts, motels, restaurants, and marinas. Lake cruises are offered on a triple-deck excursion boat. Some restaurants even have dock parking for boats. Take Hwy. 270 E. to Magnet Cove, a rock hound's paradise, and on to
Malvern to visit the Boyle House Museum. From Malvern, travel Hwy. 171
west near Lake Catherine State Park to Hwy. 290 near the Lake
Hamilton State Fish Hatchery. Hwy. 290 connects with Scenic 7 Byway to
return to Hot Springs.
